Nick began coaching football around 20 years ago whilst managing and playing for several teams in and around Yorkshire. After moving South to Wiltshire in 2000 he became involved with managing and coaching at Wootton Bassett Town FC. It was whilst with Wootton Bassett FC that Nick started to become a qualified FA coach by completing his FA Level 1 and Level 2 badges. He stayed with Wootton Bassett for 4 years, coaching a number of different age groups and successfully managing a team which finished in a top 3 league position every year and also winning the Fair Play Trophy Final which was played at The County Ground, Swindon Town FC.

In 2004 Nick became the manager of The North Wilts & District U9's Representative Team successfully guiding them to various League and Cup successes every year over a 3 year period. Then in 2006 he completed his FA Level 3 (UEFA B) and moved on to manage Lydiard Youth FC finishing league runners up in their first season at U10's. Their second season proved more fruitful when they moved to 11-a-side, winning the North Wilts League and The Wiltshire County Cup Double. In the 2008/9 season Lydiard won the North Wilts League cup and narrowly missed out on another double by finishing runners up in the league.

Over the years Nick has become heavily involved with scouting at the Reading FC Academy which has lead to him opening a Development Centre in Swindon. The centre now successfully develops players, a number of which have progressed into Professional Academies/Schools of Excellence.

Nick also coaches at Reading Elite Academy with the U6 -U10 age groups.

Reading F.C. Academy Scout

Joe has been coaching for over 15 years, starting off with Malmesbury Youth Under 8s taking them through to Under 14s with great success. During his time there he became a Representative Manager for the old Swindon and District League and coached both the Under 8s and Under 9s teams.

Joe then took on the responsibility of Representative Football Secretary for the new North Wilts Minor League which involved co-ordinating all teams from Under 8s through to Under 15s, organising fixtures, selecting managers, etc. In 2008 Joe took over managing ESC U9's and in his first season guided them to the league title and a league cup final appearance at the County Ground.
