A warm but windy Sunday morning provided a perfect backdrop to some outstanding individual performances from a fluid ASC team that managed a comfortable victory against first time opponents Liden Community U8’s.

From the offset, ASC looked like the passing they have been practising in training was starting to pay off.

Early goals from Jack Paines and Tom Black proved decisive in settling an ASC team who actually had more time on the ball than they realised.

With the calming effect spreading, the whole team, helped by Jack Rossi, Cameron Braganza-Osman and an excellent display from Harry Russell, enabled the visitors to a surgical 8-0 win.
