On a very warm Sunday afternoon, ASC and Liden Community Youth clashed for the second consecutive week. This time it was ASC’s turn to be the host’s.
ASC, fresh from last week’s demolition of Liden started very unorganized and looked to be over confident. Liden, by contrast, started much sprightlier and came with a little more passion than the previous week, which caught ASC wrong footed.
The game was scrappy and went back and forth for the first half with neither team being able to break scoring until late on when ASC scored through Tom Black and the first half finished 1-0.
The second half started much the same as the first. Liden came out confident again and managed to pull level, 1-1.
Despite a poor showing overall by the home side, they, in the end, won convincingly with further goals from Cameron Braganza-Osman, Ben Evans and a second by Tom Black to win the game 4-1
