ASC started the match well with some good passing play. Ash made an excellent pass to Euan, who crossed the ball in for Kezza to pop it in the net.
ASC 1 – Highworth 0
A break from Highworth saw Razor make a great save but, unfortunately, the rebound fell into the net.
ASC 1 – Highworth 1
Shortly afterwards, Razor made another brilliant save by putting the ball over the bar.
A corner from James was met with a great header from Ash which unluckily hit the cross bar. After some good passing moves Tyler put the ball in to the box but Euan just put the ball wide of the post, quickly followed by another similar move involving Kezza and Tyler this time.
Then, Rhys had a fantastic shot that sailed up in to the air and lobbed the keeper.
ASC 2 – Highworth 1
A lacklustre ASC team in the second half lead to Highworth having more of the play with Razer being forced to come out of his goal and skilfully tackling a Highworth player to stop them coming level.
However, a scrappy goal by Highworth lead to them drawing level.
ASC 2 – Highworth 2
James had a go with a long-range shot which went just wide. Which swiftly lead to ASC conceding two more scrappy goals in quick succession.
ASC 2 – Highworth 4
Shortly before the end of the match Ash passed the ball to Oli, who passed onto Tyler who then neatly put it in the net.
ASC 3 – Highworth 4
Despite great pressure from ASC, Highworth held on win. A lackluster ASC’s long unbeaten record comes to an end.
