Just wanted to say how impressed i am with the ASC coach (Joe) who takes the Cherhill Primary football sessions after school.
My daughter attends these sessions and i went along to see how she was getting on.
The technical drills offered are perfect for the age group and the coach worked with the children individually on skills as much as he could.
He knew all of their first names and insisted upon (and got!!) their full attention at all times. I've seen many similar activity sessions (paid for, outside of school) compromised by lack of engagement with the participants - especially at this age - and it was refreshing to see how much they all seemed to listen, learn and enjoy the sessions, all at the same time!!

Very positive. I spoke to one of the mums whose 2 sons came to most of the summer holiday fun sessions. She said they really looked forward to them and were disappointed when they finished. From a parents point of view she was most impressed by how you managed to include all the children, regardless of their age and thought that you and Joe had a great attitude and made the sessions fun for everyone. We were pleased with the numbers who attended especially as a number of families in the area already had holiday commitments.

I wanted to state how delighted I am at the progress my son Scott is making whilst currently attending The Football Development Centre in Swindon headed by Nick Bolton.
The quality of the coaching given to Scott by both Joe and Nick has been exceptional. Scott was invited to join the Development Centre by Nick and his skill level, ability to read the game and confidence has increased enormously.
The Development Centre is very professionally run and the coaches have a genuine rapport with the boys they coach. I would highly recommend the centre to any budding talented footballers who want to progress to the next level in their development.

We would like to thank you for your teaching expertise, dedication and professionalism over the 4 days of soccer summer school.
Our son, who has some learning difficulties, has come home each day buzzing about playing football, which previously didn't interest him. Through your enthusiasm he has kept focused on his surroundings, where normally he would daydream or be isolated from the group. His interest has been maintained throughout and he can't wait to come to another session.

Just to say thank you very much for letting my son Charlie try a couple of sessions of football. The sessions you run are really great and he has really enjoyed it but what I didn't take into account was how much he would miss not playing among his friends from reception class! So bearing that in mind he wants to wait now and start again in September with his mates!
Thanks again for having him, it really helped me not having to say 'no' to him while his big brother got to join in and also given him a taster to keep him going until September!

I just wanted to say a huge thank you for running the three day Easter course. Despite being just 5 and never having played before, Milo has learnt so much from you all.
I can't praise your great attitude and your kindness to the children enough, nor the spirit of fair play and enthusiasm for mastering the game that they learn from you.
I know Milo was very hard work to keep going at times and I also know you made a huge effort to make him feel part of the team. He is very proud of himself for hanging in there and I know many coaches would found it all too much hard work to keep motivating him, so thanks again for hanging in there so beautifully and making him see what he can do.
I think your courses represent fantastic value for money and provide a real experience for all the people who take part, future England talent and beginner alike. I'm so glad that you were Milo's first experience of team sport - I think you will have made a real contribution to his future enjoyment and understanding of team play in general.

If my daughter knew I was writing this note, I say she would be very embarrassed. She is so very interested in her son playing the game but extremely proud when he does his best at it. She sends me all the information concerning the games; anyway I just wanted to say Thank You for the coaching and the encouragement you show all the children.

My three children have attended a number of your holiday courses and Saturday training and all loved it. Their ages range from 6 to 10, they have mixed ability and cover both sexes and they all got a great deal out of the coaching. Not only are they taught football skills but also discipline and teamwork. Now if I could only find someone to clean their kit, I'd be a very happy woman!
