Terms and Conditions

Development Centre’s/Soccer Skills Academy/Footy Tots

  1. Payment for the Development Centre/SSA must be made before the 8th of each month by Standing Order. Notice to leave can be given at any time, meaning no further payments are made. However no refunds will be made unless a full months notice of leaving has been given by email. Please Note: Coaches cannot accept cash payments.
  2. Monthly payments entitle participants to be members of the Development Centre/SSA for that particular month. As a member of the Development Centre/SSA players may be invited to take part in special events such as tournaments, matches, stadium visits etc (further costs may apply).
  3. ASC Ltd is unable to control or access standing orders, therefore It is the Parent/Carer’s responsibility to cancel these if their child decides to no longer attend our centres. Refunds cannot be given if a parent/carer forgets to do this and doesn’t inform us (via email/letter) that their child has left the centre.
  4. We regret that refunds cannot be made in the event of bad weather, facility closures or through circumstances out of our control.
  5. It is the Parent/Carer’s responsibility to inform Advanced Sports Coaching Ltd of any special medical conditions at the point of booking, this includes behavioural disorders.
  6. It is the sole responsibility of the Parent and/or Carer to advise Advanced Sports Coaching Ltd of any changes to the information provided on the Registration Form immediately.
  7. Up to date Information regarding the rare cancelation of any sessions can be found on the homepage of our website/Facebook page and it is the responsibility of parents to check no earlier than an hour before the session is due to start.
  8. ASC Ltd cannot be held responsible for any clothing/training equipment/possessions/phone’s etc left or stolen at any of our venues.
  9. By signing the registration form parents/guardians give permission for photo’s/videos to be used for promotion purposes.

After School / Holiday Clubs

  1. Payment for the After School/Holiday Clubs must be received by Advanced Sports Coaching Ltd before commencement of the first session of each course.  Please Note: Coaches cannot accept cash payments.
  2. Each After School Club course will run during each school half term (6 courses per school year).
  3. We regret that refunds cannot be made in the event of bad weather, school closures or through circumstances out of our control.
  4. It is the Parent and/or Carer’s responsibility to inform Advanced Sports Coaching Ltd of any special medical conditions at the point of booking, this includes behavioural disorders.
